GUESTS

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time with dry, clean hair. After checking in with our guest coordinator, please help yourself to a free beverage. You’re always welcome to grab a seat in our waiting area or look at the merchandise prior to your scheduled appointment time. 

SCHEDULING

We recommend booking your appointment in advance. We offer several convenient options for scheduling:  phone (link number), online booking service (vagaro link here), email (link here), DM, or in person. Our salon software system has been updated! Upon scheduling an appointment, we will ask for first name, last name, phone number, and the service(s) you would like to schedule. Once the appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation text message, and a reminder message 48 hours in advance.

 

Your time is important and we appreciate that you choose to spend it at Image Makers Salon.  We do our best to operate on schedule, in the instance that a preceding client may exceed its scheduled duration and put us behind, we will do our best to make your waiting time short and comfortable.

 

Walk-ins are welcome. Availability and wait times may vary. 

 

RUNNING LATE

Our time is important and so is yours! We understand that there are times when you may be running late. Please call the salon if you are running late for your scheduled appointment. We will let you know if your stylist is able to accommodate you that day, or if rescheduling will be necessary.

 
CANCELLATIONS

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please give us a 24-hour notice. This allows us to accommodate another guest at this appointment time.

 

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.

RETURN POLICY

All products and tools are 100% guaranteed within 90 days of purchase. You will receive a product credit towards a new purchase. 

 

SATISFACTI0N GUARANTEED

At Image Makers Salon we work hard to provide you with great hair and great experiences. If a service experience falls short of your hair goals discussed in your service consultation, we would like to work with you toward a resolution. Please contact us within 5 days of your appointment and include photos and a brief description detailing your concerns and the adjustments you would like made. Upon receipt of your correction request, we will offer you a correction appointment with the stylist who performed your service(s). If you do not wish to work with the same stylist, we may offer you to see a senior stylist that we believe will be the right fit for you. We are unable to provide corrective services if you choose to visit another salon or stylist before allowing us to make corrections. Please note that chemical services will be guaranteed only when products recommended by our salon team and purchased at our salon are used for the care of your hair. We do not offer refunds on services.
